1. Open the VayoPro-SMT Expert software and select ‘SMT Standard’ mode, as shown below:

Note: Users are allowed to configure the BOM comparison function into ‘SMT Standard’ mode or into accelerator mode. 

2. Select ‘BOM Comparison’ underTools (T), as shown below:

On this interface as shown in the following pic., there are two columns for BOM data, thereinto one is for New BOM (after change), the other is for former BOM (before change).

3. After read-in of two BOMs, click “Compare” button and select a comparison report template on the pop-up window, as shown below:

Then click ‘Report” and select the comparison result as you need.

You can also export ECN documents as you need.

At last, click ‘Confirm” button and you will get a comparison report.

This SMT Expert software has intuitively reported the changed information, such as reference number, part number and so on. Besides, the software also supports export of report to local file in excel or PDF format.
